Unfortunately, staying organized while working through online hubs can be quite a challenge. Conversations can get lost, files can get mixed up, and the entire system can shut down in case of an emergency. #1 Create Clear Groups

After all, this highly popular platform is called Teams for a reason. You cannot organize a team without setting up clear groups on the hub. It is best to start small and work your way up to a full team just in case you still have some scaling to do in the company. Make sure not to create duplicates, that is, multiple groups with the same members, as that can lead to confusion and lower productivity rates.
